OneproD VMS Portable Online Monitoring System

The OneproD VMS was developed for autonomy in the predictive maintenance of rotating machines, OneProd VMS is a Versatile Monitoring Station, putting online condition monitoring on portable platform. The OneProd VMS system packages ready-to-use vibration analysis tools to temporarily monitor a machine at risk, catch a momentary phenomenon, or perform a comprehensive diagnosis.

The suitcase shelters a fully wired OneProd MVX monitoring system, and can operate in many configurations: stand-alone or in network, operated or left alone by the machine, open or closed. OneProd VMS is a truly versatile piece of equipment available in many packages and options to best match your needs.

OneproD MV6 Online Protection System

The OneproD MV6 is a real-time monitoring system that is compliant with API 670 and 678, as well as ISO 2954 and 7919 standards. This system can be combined with MVX to have a protection system with monitoring capabilities for protection, as well as diagnosis and analysis to perform cost-effective and relevant monitoring of critical machines while taking into account their actual operating conditions.

IDEAS SB-101 Switch Box system

The SB-101 switchbox allows easy collection of online data with the sensors powered by a portable data collector. The switchbox is mounted in an enclosure with a rotary switch, for easy channel selection. Two outputs are provided for simultaneous collection of two channels.
