4-20mA TRANSMITTERS

A loop-powered sensor that transmits vibration level as a 4-20mA signal proportional to vibration amplitude.

 

Vibration can be transmitted in acceleration and velocity, Peak or RMS, together with an AC output so that the signal can be collected and analysed with most popular vibration data collectors for spectrum and time waveform analysis.

 

We have a large range of transmitters with separate cabling, integral cabling and s/steel conduit protected cabling, but the most popular types are:

 

Top exit connector*:
•0-10mm/s RMS, 4-20mA output, M6 screw mount, M12 top connector, 10Hz - 1Khz frequency range


•0-20mm/s RMS, 4-20mA output, M6 screw mount, M12 top connector, 10Hz - 1Khz frequency range


•0-25.4mm/s RMS, 4-20mA output, M6 screw mount, M12 top connector, 10Hz - 1Khz frequency range


•0-50.8mm/s RMS, 4-20mA output, M6 screw mount, M12 top connector, 10Hz - 1Khz frequency range

VIBRATION AND TEMPERATURE FIELD CONFIGURABLE TRANSMITTERS 

These configurable transmitters can handle an IEPE (ICP) accelerometer, as well as a temperature sensor, or one sensor with both accelerometer and temperature outputs.

 

The units are 24VDC powered and provide a 4-20mA output, as well as 0-5V and 0-10V outputs.
