FALCON ACCESSORIES

Enhance the performance of the FALCON analyser with some really useful accessories listed below, but also check the catalogue for more details:

  • Earphone adapter to listen to vibration signals as and when they are recorded.

  • Use the above earphone adapter to record voice messages about the machine under test

  • Connect a Current Transformer clamp to your Falcon to measure electrical signals for frequency analysis later.

  • Add extension cables to your balancing kit or to reach high or difficult to reach measurement points.

EAGLE WIRELESS

It is now possible to improve the reliability of inaccessible, mobile or isolated machines of the plant, meanwhile reducing installation costs in harsh environments or remote locations. EAGLE is a self-powered wireless sensor. Absolutely no cable is needed. The wireless gateway can be installed up to a hundred meters from the sensor, and the range can be extended using wireless Expanders. The wireless transmission of vibration data to the analysis software is achieved with high reliability: The wireless communication is done through a smart process, setting-up completely automatically and self-adjusting over the time if needed. EAGLE installation is quick and easy.

MV-120 WIRED ONLINE

The predictive maintenance of low speed rotating machines is more complex to implement. The machine condition is indeed more difficult to assess, as it requires high resolution data and advanced vibration analysis tools. Coupled to ACOEM NEST platform, the ONEPROD MV-120 systems offer the perfect solution:

  • The synchronous record of several rotations of low speed shafts (<10RPM) can be performed on up 32 channels and such enhance bearing fault detection with the analysis of both low and high frequency content.

MOTION ANALYSIS

Using the same technology that robotic vision and autonomous vehicle companies utilize to detect objects in motion, MEscope ODS Videos™ accurately measure surface vibration from a video. Then the color graphics are attached to a surface and it is deformed using amplified and filtered ODS data, either from time waveforms or from frequency spectra extracted from the video. All of the time-tested features of the MEscope ODS software can be used to document the vibration.

With an MEscope ODS Videos™ package, you can post-process the time waveforms or frequency spectra extracted from a vibration video recording, and then record clear color videos of the ODS animation.  You can also store the time waveforms. frequency spectra, ODS’s & videos in a machine-based archival database.
